Song of Sixpence
Music Video

play video

Here is the music video for Song of Sixpence in a smaller file than the one on the sights and sounds page. This video features Lauren and Dawson Landers as Mackenzie and Randy when we were kids. Also, look for the animation of images from the cd cover and the cd booklet. Hope you enjoy!

Another Little Movie
This movie is called Dialogue: A Conversation Across 14 Years and is a combination of new and old home movie footage. In this video the adult me is reprimanding the little-girl-me for tearing my sister's book and not cleaning my room. It is a little bit like time travel when you think about it. Enjoy.

If you haven't heard, we are having a baby! It's a little girl, and her name is Rosanna Joelle. She will be with us in late November or early December.

RRandy's newest kick is pie. This is a little drawing we did in an amazing little restaurant in Lavonia (called 211 Main Street Bakery) the day we found out we were having a girl.

For our 3rd anniversery, Randy took me to the Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta, which is one of the most amazing places I have ever been. He surprised me, and to tell me where we were going, he put on a puppet show for me behind our couch-- complete with all the dolls/ figures/ quirky keyboard music, and even a peice of packing styrofoam that he converted into a puppet couch.

THIS IS NOT ME!

Someone brought me this clipping from the Atlanta Journal Constitution of a girl that looks just like me. The picture was published a couple of years ago, and the gentleman was sure it was me. It isn't, however. I could really use a double though, so if anyone knows who this mysterious me-look-alike is, I'd love to know...

This is a funny story that we realized lately we have never told anyone. Long, long ago, Randy asked me to marry him (for the first time.) When he asked me, he gave me this ring that he made out of guitar strings. I was supposed to wear it and think about him and think about marrying him. And I did. I wore it for a couple of weeks, until it started to rust my finger. It is really beautiful. I wish I could wear it, but I didn't think it was good for my health.

I did, however, decide to marry Randy (a couple of years later) and am sure it was one of the most perfect decisions I have ever made in my entire life.

The ring is made out of the ends of guitar strings, so it actually rolls on. Really very ingenious.

This is a comic that Randy made me 6 or 7 years ago. In it, he builds a time machine out of his extra watches and old glasses. Note that in the future, they develop a cure for hair loss that makes your hair blond, long, and wavy. I especially like the part where Randy is under the time machine, just finishing up inventing it. Enjoy.
